Description
Business Analyst Intro:
We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team in Tallahassee, Florida.
Job Details:
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Assist in the testing and quality assurance of software applications.
Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Skills:
Experience in the healthcare industry or related field.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
