    Job Title: Information Security Manager

    The purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of Company's physical and cyber security, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain security systems, developing and enforcing policies and procedures.
    • Conduct security assessments of facilities, systems, and processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
    • Monitor and investigate security breaches to determine root cause and develop corrective action plans.
    • Manage security operations for special events, including developing protocols, coordinating with law enforcement, and overseeing personnel.
    • Train employees on security procedures, such as proper badge use, handling of sensitive materials, and evacuation procedures.
    • Respond to incidents, including acts of violence; investigate incidents and prepare reports for insurance claims and legal proceedings.
    • Collaborate with local law enforcement and on-site security personnel to resolve security issues.
    • Maintain knowledge of new security technologies and trends.
    • Stay up-to-date with security laws and regulations.
    • Audit physical security through regular patrols.
    • Attend meetings and work with team members to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
    • Maintain accurate reports and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or Computer Science.
    • Certification in Information Security (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CASP) preferred.

    Experience:

    • 1-3+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology.
    • Experience with physical security systems, including access control and CCTV, preferred.

    Skills:

    • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong understanding of security principles, including risk assessment and mitigation.
    • Report writing and effective communication and presentation skills using MS Office tools.
    • Bilingual skills, writing and speaking, in English and Korean preferred.
