Job Description:StretchLab Frankfort is seeking experienced personal trainers, physical therapists, rehab technicians, massage therapists, kinesiology/Exercise Science majors, and dance/yoga/pilates instructors to join our team of Flexologists. You will be working one-on-one with our members and clients to deliver assisted stretch services in our beautiful, open studio environment.

You're in for a treat, StretchLab covers the cost of your reflexologist certification if you have a certification/degree/license in the following areas: personal training, physical therapy, rehab technician, PTA, massage therapists, kinesiology/Exercise Science degree, or dance/yoga/pilates certificate.

Upon hiring, we will pay for your Flexologist training program, and provide you with clients.

Position:We are looking for qualified candidates for our Flexologist team to deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching services to enhance our client's day-to-day lives. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about health & wellness and determined to help others achieve a higher quality of life.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions while motivating clients and managing clients' long-term programming.
• Deliver top-tier stretching experiences.
• Book client's weekly recurring appointments.
• Update client notes consistently.
• Maximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow-up appointments, renewing memberships, and outreach to lapsed members.
• Ensure the safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Must have a prior credential, certification, or degree in the following areas:Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist / PTA, Dance, Pilates, Yoga Instructor, Health and Wellness Major, Fitness coach, kinesiology degree, certification or relevant degree. Applicants without these certs will not be eligible for this position.

• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients (preferred, not required).
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
• Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.
• Must be able to commit to 20+ hours per week and at least 1 weekend shift.

Salary: $ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:

• 6-8 hour shifts
• Part-time
• Up to 31 hours, full-time status available upon review

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Frankfort, IL 60423: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
