Job summary
The job will integrate into the clinical, teaching, research and distribution system for UC San Diego Health with an emphasis in Infectious Diseases (ID).
These activities include but are not limited to:
Profile review TPN order writing Pharmacokinetics Renal Drug Dosing Medication Reconciliation Chemotherapy Order Review entry and validation in our Electronic Health Record Precepting Pharmacy Students from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Sciences precepting UC San Diego Health PGY1 and PGY2 Pharmacy Residents Investigational Drug support and other activities that optimize outcomes of drug therapy.
