Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Guard with Top Secret Clearance to join our team
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel, ensuring the integrity and security of our operations at all times

Responsibilities:

Facility Security:
Maintain a vigilant presence to deter unauthorized access to Morf3D's premises.

Access Control:
Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the facility.

Surveillance:

Utilize surveillance systems to monitor activities within and around the facility, promptly identifying and responding to any security breaches or suspicious behavior.

Patrols:
Conduct regular patrols of the facility and grounds to identify and address potential security risks or vulnerabilities.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, following established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.

Report Writing:
Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and observations, documenting any breaches or irregularities for further investigation.

Collaboration:

Coordinate closely with other security personnel, as well as with management and relevant departments, to uphold security protocols and address any security concerns effectively.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, policies, and procedures, including those pertaining to classified information and top-secret clearances

Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
Active Top-Secret Clearance is mandatory.

Experience:
Proven experience in security-related roles, preferably in an industrial or defense-related setting.

Vigilance:
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of alertness and awareness, with keen attention to detail.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods, as well as lift and move objects as necessary.

Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.

Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
