We are seeking a dedicated and professional ConciergeCourtesy Patrol team member to join our team at an upscale apartment community in Dallas TX The Weekend ConciergeCourtesy Patrol plays a vital role in ensuring the safety security and satisfaction of our residents This position requires a friendly professional demeanor and the ability to handle a variety of tasks from providing excellent customer service to conducting regular security patrolsKey Responsibilities include Resident Services Greet and assist residents and guests handle inquiries and provide information about the community and local areaSecurity Patrols Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of residents and propertyIncident Reporting Respond to and document incidents issues or disturbances in a timely professional mannerAccess Control Monitor manage access to the property ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entryPackage Handling Receive log manage resident packages deliveriesEmergency Response Act as first responder emergencies coordinating with emergency services neededCommunity Engagement Foster welcoming environment organizing participating community events activitiesAdministrative Tasks Maintain accurate records reports logs related security maintenance requests resident interactions Qualifications Experience Previous experience concierge customer service security role preferredSkills Excellent communication interpersonal skills attention detail able handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttributes Professional appearance friendly demeanor strong problem solving abilitiesRequirements Must be able able pass background check have valid drivers license CPR First Aid certification plus Working Conditions Hours Flexible scheduling nights weekends holidaysEnvironment Work performed both indoors outdoors with regular patrols required Benefits Competitive payHealth dental vision insurancePaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesGrowth opportunities Stratton Amenities Equal Opportunity Employer celebrate diversity committed creating inclusive environment employees
