A reputable hospital organization is seeking an Executive Director of Ambulatory Services to join their outstanding leadership teamLocated in the beautiful American Southwest, this award-winning 100+ bed community hospital offers a variety of medical services, including 24/7 Emergency Services, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Advanced Cardiovascular Services, Medical Surgical Care, Intensive Care Services, as well as a broad range of Outpatient Services.
This growing academic hospital has achieved accreditation by The Joint Commission and is well-known for its delivery of high-quality care to patients in the local area and beyond.
Working collaboratively with the hospital leadership team, this crucial leadership position will have the opportunity to oversee the multispecialty outpatient center, with services including laboratory, radiology, behavioral health, urology, cardiology, neurology, immunology/allergy, and urgent care center.
The Ambulatory Services Executive Director RN will become responsible for oversight of budgets, resources, strategic planning, employee relationships, medical providers, and vendors, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
This role will also take on responsibility for ensuring quality improvement, risk reduction, and infection control.REQUIREMENTS:
The hospital is seeking an executive-level candidate with 10+ years of Director experience within a hospital and/or acute care setting.
A Master's Degree is required.Please note that the Registered Nurse RN credential is highly preferred but is not required for this role.
