- Manage day-to-day maintenance operations at industrial and healthcare sites, including HVAC systems, general equipment, and refrigeration units.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks as needed to ensure the reliability and safety of facility systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
- Drive between sites as needed (approximately few times a week) using company-provided van.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of four years of related experience in industrial maintenance or healthcare building management.
- Additional certification in one or more of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair.
- Universal CFC certification.
