- Develops and enhances financial capabilities for field operations in the financial planning and analysis group.
- Partners with maintenance teams to create and monitor essential financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators to identify strategic opportunities.
- Manages equipment and real estate capital expenditures while utilizing data to optimize forecasting accuracy.
- Integrates financial and operational data to align business strategy and execution with company goals and vision.
- Delivers proactive insights and recommendations to drive operational improvements and provide key insights into field functions.
- Formulates executive reports and directs monthly Key Performance Indicator reviews to enhance strategy development and operational execution.
- Elevates reporting capabilities for leadership to provide essential insights into financial results and trends to facilitate strategy and decision-making.
- Serves as the liaison between finance and maintenance to drive key strategies across finance and field operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of finance or business operations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
