    Job Description and Requirements

    We're looking for a skilled ICU nurse with at least one to two years of experience who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Graduated from an accredited nursing program
    • Minimum one to two years of experience in an ICU setting
    • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
    • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending, and pulling
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
    • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
    • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
    • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
    • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
    • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
    • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
    • Transports patients as needed
