- Strong Software Development experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role interacts heavily with customers, and the lead will be required to make presentations.
- Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- 5-7 years of experience in Design, develop, and implement critical applications in a .Net environment.
- Ability to perform all tasks application development life cycle.
- Ability to develop fluently using ASP.NET, C#, Web API, MVC, Angular (Any Frontend Technologies), SQL Server, REST API, and Azure (6+ Months of Hand's experience).
- Develop and write high-quality coding that meets customer requirements.
- Ability to lead teams ranging from 5-8 senior, mid-level, and junior developers.
- Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies.
- Strong experience implementing REST services.
- Strong experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of the SCRUM process.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience in MedTech is a plus.
- Experience managing an offshore team in India is a plus.
