Job Title Group Exercise Instructor for Fall 2023/Spring 2024 Department Recreational Sports Office Job Description/Duties
Candidate must be willing to teach 2-4 group exercise classes per week, including designing lesson plans, coaching/cueing and motivating participants.
Candidate must be physically fit and able to confidently lead classes and offer modifications for various fitness levels and abilities.
The ability to motivate and encourage others is a plus. Candidate will be required to occasionally attend meetings/workshops which will take place in the evening and possibly on weekendsDays/Hours Needed
30-60 minute classes, typically at noon or between 4 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications
Some type of training and/or certification is preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to lead a class and teach/demonstrate a variety of exercises with proper form.
