- 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- Alternative shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)
- Conduct mold set-up and tear-down tasks, load and position tools, and perform changeovers.
- Execute mold changes safely, accurately, and efficiently according to the schedule.
- Efficiently reduce downtime during mold changes and collaborate with other mold setters to optimize changeover time.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications, detect malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments.
- Handle finished products, trim excess material, and manage scrap generated during production.
- Utilize production paperwork for tracking and ERP system input.
- Communicate with team members regarding quality issues and report machine deficiencies to supervisors.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform daily work area maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in injection molding and mold changing.
- Proficiency in operating injection molding machinery and strong mechanical skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
