- Facilitate an interdisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes and supports the mission, philosophy, standard, goals, and objectives of MGH and the Cancer Center.
- Assume a key role in assuring that care is delivered on a continuum by coordinating with other health professionals and support services as appropriate.
- Provide ongoing patient and family education and counseling regarding disease, treatment, and potential complications.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Massachusetts (or be eligible)
- Oncology nursing experience with hematological malignancies
