    The

    Associate Program Manager Marketing Production


    role is responsible for taking on project and production tasks that assist in the successful completion of planned marketing programs.


    Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
    Set and manage all project timeline expectations, expedite efficient project workflow, and promote unrelenting creative excellence.
    Create project work-back schedules and monitor and drive adherence to milestone dates
    Utilize project management software (Adobe Workfront) to log and track project statuses and manage, analyze, and optimize utilization and productivity of all creative staff
    Maintain all internal project needs, including, (but not limited to): new product development and launch, accessory creation, event collateral, retail marketing, catalogs, digital advertising, and internal communication pieces
    Manage and execute established production schedules and manage print production projects.

    Assist in planning and prioritizing of print production projects and managing the workflow to ensure all information and assets are included in requests before handing off to Design team.

    Maintain weekly project reports and lead weekly Design Team meetings to ensure all projects are on schedule.

    Manage vendor relationships, solicit quotes, negotiate pricing, manage budget expenditures and reporting; initiate PO's and secure authorization; ensure invoices are coded properly and turned in for payment in a timely manner.

    Review market trends on new materials and techniques; contribute to ongoing development and evaluation of global planning process and procedures towards improved efficiencies.

    Manage and maintain all photography projects and vendor relationships.
    Manage final asset delivery for Adobe Brand Portal.
    Performs other responsibilities as required.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
    Solid design proficiency with a keen sense of layout and composition, as well as an understanding of brand standards and product consistency
    Knowledgeable and current in print production processes and digital standards
    Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise direction
    Ability to influence cross-functionally and proactively communicate with employees at all levels
    Strong and proactive conflict management skills
    Ability to meet deadlines and influence others to meet deadlines without fail

    Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    3-5 years of experience in project/traffic management or creative services management

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
    Normal office environment, consistent computer use
    Occasional travel required
    Ability to work extended hours as necessary
    Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials (up to 25 pounds)
    Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.

    We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.

    The expected

    annual

    base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $78,000

    . Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
