- Perform general laundry duties including distribution of clean linen and maintaining a clean work area
- Collect soiled linens from throughout the facility, sort them, wash & dry them, fold clean linens, iron linens as necessary
- May also wash, dry, and mend patient's/ resident's personal clothing as directed by their supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess at minimum a High School Education or equivalent G.E.D
- General laundry/ housekeeping experience preferred, but not required, as on the job training will be provided
- Must speak and understand English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience in a healthcare facility preferred
