- Provide guidance and leadership to the SAP team at Foxconn, Ohio
- Coordinate resources toward the goal of a successful SAP implementation.
- Liaison is to facilitate communication between users, stakeholders, and the project team.
- Create project status progress reports and develop key insights presentations
- Define and delegate critical milestones within the SAP implementation.
- Competency plan for the scaling of the SAP system
- Participate in an end-to-end journey from building project roadmaps on all SAP programs.
- Configure, maintain and integrate the SAP system
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ten or more years working directly as a Technologist with SAP
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work onsite at Foxconn's Warren, Ohio facility
- Proficiency in overseeing the configuration, integration, and maintenance of SAP.
- Skilled in continuously evaluating system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations.
- Ability to incorporate competence in planning for future growth and scaling up SAP.
- Previous experience working in a contract manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-growth setting
- Demonstrated understanding of the process life cycle
- Ability to work and lead autonomously with little supervision
- The factory has both an office area and a shop floor area. The noise level in the office area is generally quiet. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting the shop floor or when visiting a supplier's manufacturing locations is required.
