ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focused on providing superior clinical outcomes and rewarding experiences for our patients

Document all pertinent patient interactions

Complete weekly and monthly analysis of clinic metrics and marketing touchpoints

Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding PHI

Adhere to Code of Ethics and Compliance program

Communicate, in a timely manner, with other professionals including physicians, case managers, etc. to provide status updates on patient's plan of care and progress

Additional incentives may be provided, as applicable

PTA may need to cover nearby clinic on occasion

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience

Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations

Maintaining a positive attitude and build a fun, welcoming environment

Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Illinois

Current CPR/BLS Certification

1-3 years of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, preferably in an outpatient setting

An entrepreneurial spirit with energetic and team-player attitude

And, a little bit of competitive spirit never hurts

Preferred Qualifications, but not required:

1+ years of outpatient PT leadership/supervision experience

Sports Medicine experience

Orthopedic experience

Dry Needling certification

Flexibility to cover Saturday mornings on occasion
