Description
The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for performing the following job duties:Answers phones and greets patientsChecks patients in on a computer system in a friendly, confidential, and timely mannerOther duties include:
Traveling to outreach clinics and checking in patients collecting old payments, sending referrals, scheduling appointments, collecting money, and assisting in data entry charges.
This is a PRN position.Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently, pleasant personality, be highly motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with physicians in a professional manner. Computer experience preferred. Being fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.Must be available Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm and Saturday 8 am-5 pm.
