Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical expertise in researching and resolving complex technology infrastructure problems which may involve coordination of hardware and software vendor support.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for business applications and Server OS in a virtualized environment.
• Identify, research, design, develop, test, and implement new system configurations, architectures, and standards.
• Identify and remediate security deviations and vulnerabilities.
• Engage closely with security, network, operations, development, desktop, and business teams to deliver highly available services.
• Author technical documentation such as system design and configuration procedures.
• Flexible working schedule including up to 3 days remote work arrangements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting various business critical applications.
• Experience in both Windows and Linux Server OS
• Experience deploying and maintaining SaaS Applications
• Moderate to Advance scripting or programing experience. PowerShell required. Python is a plus.
• Experience with automation tooling and practices.
• Experience supporting and maintaining databases.
• Well versed in Enterprise Networking. Familiar with firewall concepts, subnetting, Zero Trust, and other enterprise Networking systems.
• Accustomed to working in a highly secure network environment and familiar with the practices of maintaining secure systems.
• The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office which offers a hybrid work environment of 2 days in the office and 3 days' work from home.
