    Description
    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    We are partnering with aschool in the Valencia, California area to find afull-time, onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)forthe full School Year.As an onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide valuable services for our Special Education students We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable applicant to support students with a wide variety of needs.

    Requirements:

    • Must have an active SLP California License
    • Must have Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
    • Will consider CCC or CFY Candidates
    • Previous school experience and/or providing direct services and assessments highly preferred
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required

    Position Details:

    • 08/07/ /09/2025
    • Full-Time: hours per week
    • Pay Range: $40 - $75per hour, depending on previous experience
    • Caseload: multiple openings, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and diagnose students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
    • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address individual student needs and align with educational goals.
    • Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, and monitor student progress.
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to integrate speech therapy with educational objectives.
    • Consult and communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for reinforcement at home.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, contributing expert knowledge and recommendations for speech therapy services.
