    The Aeronautics Sector's Global Surveillance Division has an opening for a Manager Pricing & Cost Estimating 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on the RQ-4 Enterprise.

    The Global Surveillance division represents an integrated portfolio of systems that fuse the intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and battle management command and control capabilities essential to our customers' global security missions.

    Northrop Grumman's RQ-4 Global Hawk unmanned aircraft system (UAS) is the premier provider of persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance information.

    Able to fly at high altitudes for greater than 30 hours, Global Hawk is designed to gather near-real-time, high-resolution imagery of large areas of land in all types of weather – day or night.

    As a leader in autonomous and manned platform development, the Global Surveillance division develops, delivers and modernizes advanced airborne C4ISR capabilities with a critical focus on customer requirements.

    In this role, the Manager Pricing & Cost Estimating 3 will manage and develop a team of analysts responsible for the development of cost products supporting the five RQ-4 Enterprise Business Units.

    This includes providing appropriate staff and oversight to the focus of balanced business cases for pursuing new work and includes the development of Cost Volumes, ROMs, Risk Analysis, cost models, thought leadership, and other analysis required to support the objectives of the business unit.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Leads Pricing and Estimating for the RQ-4 Enterprise
    Manage team's staffing, resources, tools, and training
    Provides performance goals, development actions, and leadership expectations to staff; provides regular feedback and corrective action as needed
    Ensures compliance with Estimating System requirements
    Continued focus and analysis on cost development and risk posture to ensure we are pursuing well thought out and executable business deals
    Engage with business unit leadership to develop acquisition and estimating strategies needed to successfully negotiate follow-on business and capture new efforts
    Supports, and provides advice to, policy and regulation issues (FAR/DFARS/Internal Procedure/CAS)
    Establish strategic relationships both internally with business unit leadership and externally, with government counterparts

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree with 8 +

    years of years of proposal, contract, cost, finance, supply chain, project management, or business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 6 +

    years of stated experience.
    Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
    Experience conducting complex cost analysis and risk modeling
    Strong experience with FAR/DFARS
    Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.

    Salary Range:
    $164,300 - $246,500

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

    In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
