Summary:

This role in responsible for maintaining and optimizing the OnBase system to ensure seamless cross-functional operations within the accounting and finance group. Responsibilities also include providing operational and technical support for software testing, upgrades, patches, and projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as the role is further developed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all OnBase related issues and inquiries from departments within accounting and finance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase users, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Administer and configure the OnBase system to meet the evolving needs of the organization, including user access, workflows, and document management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify areas for enhancement or automation using OnBase solutions.
• Design and implement new OnBase solutions to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance data management capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and best practices, to support the use and administration of OnBase solutions. Work with Transaction Services training leads to provide training to end-users on how to use OnBase solutions effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest OnBase features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure integration and compatibility with other systems and applications.

• Three or more years of experience as an OnBase administrator or similar position.
• Proficient in writing SQL Statements in a relational database. Able to query and modify data and table structure in a relational database.
• Good knowledge and understanding of computer systems and software applications required to perform job duties.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally and effectively with staff, management, vendors, and other stakeholders. Able to influence others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. Able to effectively explain technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, independently with general supervision.
• Self-starter and detail oriented.
