    Warehouse Manager

    Department: Operations

    Location: Pasco, WA

    H.D. Fowler Company is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team at the Pasco, Washington branch. If you are seeking a rewarding position within a company known for its supportive culture and long-term opportunities, then we are eager to connect with you.

    The Warehouse Manager plays a vital role at H.D. Fowler Company, overseeing all warehouse operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Primary oversight of daily warehouse operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and staff development.
    • Collaboration with different departments to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Establishing and maintaining a strong warehouse infrastructure through effective team management.
    • Promoting and enforcing a robust safety culture in compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Hands-on involvement in warehouse activities.
    • Fostering staff growth and assisting customers with product knowledge and orders.
    • Additional tasks as assigned.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally within industries such as waterworks, irrigation, or construction.
    • Passion for team development and organizational health.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with DOT safety regulations.
    • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
    • Knowledge of order-writing processes and product information.
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
