    Description

    As a compassionate and skilled Nurse, you will practice independently in the same or similar clinical setting, demonstrating an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation.

    This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional critical thinking skills, allowing them to assess the basic physical, psychosocial, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients and their families.

    You will communicate findings to appropriate healthcare team members, develop and use specific plans of care, and modify them as needed to meet individual patient requirements.

    In this role, you will also implement patient care and therapeutic procedures, monitor and document progression of treatment and teaching goals, and evaluate the care and treatment provided to patients.

    The successful candidate will have the ability to perform unit-specific competencies based on the specific patient care needs for the designated unit's patient population.
