    Position: Store Manager

    Responsibilities:

    As our Store Manager you will be steering the ship towards success. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Team Leadership:
      • Inspire and lead a team of talented automotive technicians.

    2. Customer Experience:
      • Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
      • Ensure that every customer leaves satisfied with the quality of service provided.
    3. Operational Excellence:
      • Oversee day-to-day operations of the repair shop.
      • Manage workflow efficiently, ensuring timely completion of repairs and services.
    4. Financial Management:
      • Drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
      • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
    5. Quality Assurance:
      • Maintain high-quality standards in all automotive repairs and services.
      • Implement and enforce best practices to optimize service quality.
    6. Team Development:
      • Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for team members.
      • Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure the team's skillset remains cutting-edge.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in automotive repair and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
    • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
