    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    We are in search of a Territory Business Manager to join our Sales team in Knoxville, Tennessee.

    The selected candidate for the position of Territory Business Manager will focus on bringing in new business by reaching out to medical establishments and other relevant businesses where our products and services are applicable. Key responsibilities include establishing connections, nurturing relationships, and finalizing deals. The ideal candidate should be energetic, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Sales professionals with recent experience in cold calling and a willingness to engage with prospects daily are likely to excel in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage in lead generation and qualification through on-site visits, cold calls, targeted visits, and telemarketing
    • Identify sales prospects by conducting thorough research and determining potential accounts
    • Build a robust sales pipeline to meet prescribed targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis under the guidance of the supervising manager
    • Acquire new accounts, establish rapport, and deliver presentations, quotes, and product demonstrations
    • Leverage prospect databases to focus on high-potential leads, manage on-site activities, and gather relevant data
    • Plan and carry out weekly sales activities and prospection strategies with scheduled visits
    • Identify and engage in various industry events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and associations
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different sales channels, service teams, and company personnel
    • Maintain an updated and accurate prospect database through consistent data input and updates
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute actively as needed
    • Follow and implement established sales processes effectively

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business-to-business, outside, or field sales
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work background
    • Demonstrated success in working with sales teams to meet and surpass sales targets
    • Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations to medical offices using visual aids and other tools
    • Preferred experience in the medical field, though not mandatory
    • Proven track record in negotiating with challenging or resistant groups
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
    • History of achieving demanding sales goals and managing accounts within a specified region
    • Ability to leverage social media platforms for prospecting and identifying sales opportunities
