By showing how people live, move and work, we contextualize hard choices, allowing our clients to see around corners and understand the trade?offs surrounding their decisions. Whether for a city planner increasing public transit to underserved neighborhoods or for a grocery chain evaluating where to open a new location, Replicas insights lets clients make more informed, people?centered decisions.

    We spun out of Alphabet in 2019 and recently secured Series B funding from venture firms including Founders Fund, Innovation Endeavors, Sidewalk Labs, Firebrand Ventures, and Revolutions Rise of the Rest Seed Fund. Today, we are a team of 34 employees with offices in San Francisco, New York and Kansas City.

    The Role

    Replica is looking for a high?ownership contributor who can operate across both the technical and strategic dimensions of our most important customer relationships. This person should be comfortable scoping and building with data, supporting day?to?day customer needs, and shaping long?term strategies to grow value across critical accounts.

    This is not a standard account management role. Youll play a central role in both product development and customer growth, working hands?on with data, users, and internal teams. Youll also serve as a translator between customer needs and internal priorities.

    Organizational Relationships: This role sits within Replicas customer team, reporting to the Head of Customer.

    Responsibilities


    1. Drive Growth Strategy for Key Accounts: You'll lead strategic planning and execution for Replica's most valuable and influential customers and, specifically, their most pressing challenges. This includes:
    2. Leading engagement strategies: discovery conversations, scoping workshops, onboarding programs, executive briefings, and power user development; Identifying opportunities for account expansion or new product adoption
    3. Shape Product Strategy and Development: Youll help define and deliver Replicas product roadmap by working across teams and with external users:
      1. Identifying gaps, use cases, and opportunities based on field experience
      2. Working with software engineers and data developers to scope and prototype new features or full applications
      3. Developing analytical models or apps on top of Replicas data
      4. Driving adoption of new features through customer rollouts and iterative feedback
      5. Owning projects or features from problem scoping through deployment

    Minimum Qualifications

    Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with geospatial data, transportation systems, or urban planning
    • Experience using tools like SQL, Python, or low?code app builders
    • Background in consulting, civic tech, product strategy, or analytics

    Compensation

    • Replica is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
    • The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant qualifications, depth of experience, skill set, certifications, training, education, and specific work location. The compensation packages may be adjusted based on the candidates work location, due to differences in the cost of living for the given location. Our position titles may also span multiple career levels.
