    For more information, visit .THE OPPORTUNITYThe Segment Leader will be responsible for driving active user and revenue growth within one or more customer segments by working closely with sales, customers, and prospects.

    The segment leader will be responsible for developing and executing the customer segment growth plan(s) and work with key partners to leverage the unrivaled quality and quantity of insights and data for the entire semiconductor value chain.

    A majority of the role will be focused on working with sales, customers, and prospects. This role will provide key inputs to drive product development decisions, marketing messaging, and prioritization of investments.

    This role will be measured on three primary measures:

    Active Users of the TechInsights Platform within the customer segment(s)AVAC (recurring revenue) growth of customers within the customer segment(s)New logo growth within the customer segment(s) focused on the top end of the market.

    WHAT YOU WILL DODrive Active Users for the SegmentPrioritize personas to target within the customer segment(s)Leverage existing content plans across the capability unitsCreate materials which provide clarity about the high value recurring use cases for the product offersWork close with Sales to drive growth in existing accounts and new logo penetrationDriving Existing Account GrowthBuild specific plans to support sales initiatives to drive growth based on current account plansIdentify opportunities to leverage approaches used across the customer segment(s)Segment leader should touch each customer in their customer segment(s) at least twice per quarter.

    Drive renewal risk mitigation efforts.

    Driving New Logo PenetrationIdentify and prioritize new logo targets and work with Marketing and the BDR teams for outreach and quick qualificationFocus on targeting prospects at the top end of the SAMDrive and refined the segment plan(s) toDrive Active User GrowthDrive Existing Account GrowthDrive New Logo PenetrationWork with Product Management to enhance products and product offers to drive increased value to customersDevelop and communicate a roadmap of enhancements to increase value and depth for customers in the segment.

    Develop case studies based on high value, recurring use cases for our content to be used for marketing and sales purposesFacilitate in execution of the Product Offer Activation efforts for all customers purchasing Product OffersWHO YOU ARERequires 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or segment managementRequires 5-10 years of experience working in the Information Services, Research and Analysis, or similar industry.

    Requires a 4 year college degree or greaterExperience working directly with customers and sales teamsStrong consideration will be given to those with backgrounds inSemiconductor Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain ManagementAutomotive Planning, Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain ManagementProduct Manufacturing Planning, Design, and Manufacturing, and Supply Chain ManagementSemiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Marketing, Planning, and Design.
