Compliance Analyst
Reports to:
Director of Cybersecurity
GENERAL SUMMARY:
At Integrated IT, the Compliance Analyst role is responsible for ensuring that our clients comply with one or more of their industry's compliance frameworks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact to the client for all types of compliance-related activities, including IT, finance, HR, etc.
Gather technical attestations for various compliance-related controls and/or schedule applicable resources for each compliance related task and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests.Communication with customers as required:
keeping them informed of activity progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
Ensuring all compliance-related tickets are managed and completed accordingly and within the required time frame.
Writing security controls, standard operating procedures, and other documentation.
Building dashboards and/or reports for executive leadership and other stakeholders
Work directly with 3PAOs along with other members of the team.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
Fast turnaround of customer and systemic requests
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels.
Report the utilization of IT Support resources and successful completion of service requests to the Director of Cyber Security.
Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs.
Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise.

Advanced knowledge and experience of compliance & regulatory frameworks
Experience implementing multiple common frameworks, for examples, ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST 800 series, HIIPA, SOX, CIS18, NERC CIP, and PCI-DSS.
Basic computer and operating system knowledgeInterpersonal skills:
such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Technical awareness:
ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
Service awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being provided
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
