    Description

    **Description:**

    looking for CNC Machinist on day shift. This person will be responsible for operating one CNC Mazak mill machine. This will include all short run production and long set ups. Will be given a set up book that has pictures and instructions on how to set up each job. They will go to the tool crib and gather the tools they need to the job and follow the instructions. The table of the machines can be 24" by 24" by 24" and parts can include gears covers, oil pan covers, fuel pump covers all new parts for the aircraft. They will be unloading and loading machines. gaging throughout the job with ID, OD mics that are both digital and dial.

    **Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

    MUST HAVES:

    2 - 5 years exp as a CNC mill machinist

    set up exp, tear down of tool and rebuild

    aluminum or mag metals exp

    G&M codes

    quality exp (digital and dial gages)

    3, 4, or 5 axis machine

    NICE TO HAVES:

    Cam or cad exp

    Mazatrol controls

    aerospace exp
