- Master's Degree in mental health discipline or education; including psychology, social work, education, counseling or related field
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) strongly preferred
- Experience working with youth in behavior healthcare settings; community or school preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
- $1,000 Sign On Bonus
- Minimum 10 hours/week with flexible hours
- Quarterly productivity bonus
- Mileage reimbursement
- Design and direct the implementation of the individualized treatment plan
- Provide direction to the Behavioral Health Technician
- Interact with a multidisciplinary team in a growing IBHS Program
- Meet with individuals and family members in their homes as well as their community

$1,000 Sign On Bonus For Part TimeJoin our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Team as a Behavioral Consultant, working part-time to provide support for families of children, teens and young adults, age 3 to 21, who struggle with mental and behavioral health challenges. IBHS is medically prescribed, individualized services that are provided within the home, school, office and community. As a Behavioral Consultant you will utilize a trauma-informed approach as you help each child reach their full potential.
