    REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We're looking for a marketing generalist to join our growing team in Boston. The right candidate will likely have 2-5 years of well-rounded experience across the marketing mix and should be seeking a great opportunity to deepen their skillset. This high visibility role will include working with senior management to deliver on strategic, self-driven projects in collaboration with the marketing team.

    On a day-to-day basis, this individual will be responsible for supporting the tactical marketing needs of Citisoft's global business including website management, creating social media content, marketing library management, content creation, talent brand initiatives, and media outreach. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will provide oversight of Citisoft's CRM and support business development activities as needed.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate, review, and create content for blogs, campaigns, whitepapers, and other thought leadership initiatives
    • Create or update collateral, slides, or other graphics to support business development or client deliverables
    • Manages CRM to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper tracking of prospects, leads, and opportunities
    • Provide website maintenance by posting content, events, or updates as needed to support the global business
    • Oversee lead workflows and email communications to support the global business
    • Collaborate on social media calendar and create graphics or campaigns as needed
    • Contribute to PR strategy, assisting with press releases and media outreach
    • Maintain accurate and complete internal resource library to support the global business
    • Assist in creation of bios for new consulting resources and associates
    • Coordinate conferences, hosted events, or virtual events as needed
    • Provides input and support for talent brand initiatives and internal communications

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • 2-5 years experience in generalist marketing role(s)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, expert in PowerPoint
    • CRM and CMS experience, HubSpot a plus
    • Ability to share portfolio or samples showcasing written communications projects
