- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to client questions regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
- Process policy changes, updates, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Assist clients with claims processing, guiding them through the necessary steps and ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Collaborate with our sales and underwriting teams to address client concerns and optimize service delivery.
- Maintain thorough and organized client records using our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software (experience with APEX is a plus).
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Insurance licensure or willingness to obtain licensure within 90 days.
