- Conduct construction observation and field engineering services as required
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members as needed
- Prepare and review permit applications and regulatory documents
- Prepare project schedules, design layouts, and technical calculations using relevant software
- Manage project timelines effectively, working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Conduct engineering studies to identify and address project challenges
- Review engineering documents for accuracy and completeness, implementing necessary revisions
- P.E. designation is Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field
- Experience in Residential and Commercial projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development or civil engineering projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
