    Description


    The HRIS Specialist plays a pivotal role in optimizing human resource systems and processes while leading implementations and partnering with key stakeholders.

    This role HR systems will drive new processes and enhancements to support talent acquisition, talent management, and learning within a global Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

    Continuously leveraging their business expertise and passion for technology, the HRIS Specialist ensures the successful completion of end-to-end projects based on the strategic need of the business.

    The HRIS Specialist is a self-starter who can collaborate and own all requirements to deliver an effective end product.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budgetCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that we are consistently getting the most out of every partnershipLeverage extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM to enhance and optimize talent modules, including recruiting, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and learning and developmentUnderstand where the talent modules fit within the broader Oracle HCM framework and recommend solutions which take the entire system into accountIdentify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the HR function, driving efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and maintain robust reporting solutions using OTBI, Excel, and SQL-based tools to provide actionable insights for HR and business leadersCreate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-makingPlan, roadmap, configure and maintain new HR technology functionality in line with strategic business decisionsCollaborate with others in the technology community to foster idea exchange and knowledge sharingBe an integral part of an inclusive, engaged, and high performing HR technology teamEssential knowledge, skills, and abilities:A team player, can collaborate and consult effectively in global teams across time-zones and different culturesTake on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency; can swiftly assess the situation and take prompt actionStrong communication skills, can clearly present technical information and solutions to all levels of the organizationActively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as opportunitiesMaintain complete confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data and/or informationBasic qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience using Oracle HCM or similar HRIS such as Workday, PeopleSoft and/or ADPA minimum of 3 years implementing and managing end-to-end HRIS or similar projectsEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
