    Description

    salary: $27 - $27.82 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • Review customer's complaints for risks
    • Respond independently to complaints escalated at the highest level.
    • Communicate with customers via phone (5-10 calls a day) and in writing (written letters)
    • Interact with internal and external customers to resolve their issues.
    • Providing resolutions to customers over phone
    • Work within a case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
    • Being able to handle cases at different stages of their life
    • Working through a pipeline, receiving new cases daily, while also keeping up with existing cases until they are closed
    • Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.
