Our team is growing, so we're looking for new Class A CDL drivers for Texas and surrounding areas

Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply; we accept all newly certified Class A CDL drivers in good standing. We know how difficult it can be to begin your career in this industry without any experience, and we are prepared to help.

At this time, we are hiring Class A CDL drivers with no prior experience. Intended for recent graduates of a 120 hour CDL training program, this is a starter-level position designed for those ready to begin a trucking career.

If you qualify, we offer:
  • 22 entry-level job openings.
  • Pay schedule weekly.
    • $650/week during in training. 30 days OTR dduring training, no home time.
    • $1,200–$1,600+ per week once completed (depending on run).

We offer newer, well-maintained Freightliners, mostly equipped with automatic transmissions, with new trucks delivered daily.

Our orientation and training process includes:
  • Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted for a short phone interview.
  • Following the interview, we guide you through the initial paperwork and online application.
  • Subsequently, your application is reviewed by a Class A hiring intake specialist.
  • Upon approval, you'll attend a 1.5-day orientation in the Dallas area.
  • After orientation, you'll start 4 weeks of over-the-road training ($650/week). No home time during training. 
  • Once completed, you'll take a short break at home (2–5 days) to unwind.
  • Finally, you will meet with your manager to choose your route and start as a full-time solo driver.
To qualify for this position are as follows:
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Hold a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT physical.
  • Graduation from a 120-hour CDL training academy within the past two years is required.
  • A clean driving record (no pending tickets) is necessary.
  • Candidates must pass all DOT requirements, including a hair or urine drug screening.
  • The ability to pass an extensive background check is mandatory.
