- Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintain continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
- Act as an advisor regarding legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations to management and others.
- Ensure compliance with DCAA and AVER company policies and procedures.
- Review and negotiate terms and conditions of different types of contractual agreements Non-Disclosure, Teaming and Subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with established legal policies and standards.
- Analyze solicitations and provide proposal guidance support and assist in the preparation.
- Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes for engagements.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as required.
- Collaborate with Business Development group, Senior Leadership as well as internal functions such as Finance and Talent.
- Facilitate dispute resolution to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
- Must have excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
- MUST HAVE FEDERAL IT SERVICES CONTRACT EXPERIENCE.
- At least 10 years' experience writing, negotiating, and managing Federal IT services contracts.
- Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR clauses
- Expert negotiator skills
- Able to multi-task on strategic initiatives, and day to day contractual processes
- Superb communication skills and can manage tight deadlines
- Juris Doctorate is mandatory

Reporting to the COO, the Director of Contracts is a senior leadership role responsible for managing all contractual processes with new and existing clients, prime and subcontractors, vendors and partners.
