    Role Summary:

    The ISC Finance Leader, Applied is responsible for working collaboratively with the Vice President of Operations, Applied and will oversee multiple plant finance teams. The position is accountable for driving financial processes across the organization, creating collaborative thinking for all ISC locations, as well as maintaining a culture of proactive compliance.

    Ideally based in our North American Headquarters in Davidson, North Carolina, this position will report directly to the ISC Finance Leader for the Americas region.

    Responsibilities:

    •Lead and support all Applied growth initiatives.

    •Lead and partner on Standards setting for plants.

    •Perform management reporting and analysis, including high level analytical skills in reviewing monthly, quarterly and year end results.

    •Assist, guide and review Long Range Planning, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.

    •Cultivate and promote a lean stewardship around process improvement and consistency across the plants.

    •Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances and unusual items; and evaluate their effect on operations.

    •Mentor, lead and influence monthly forecasts, Risk and Opportunities for applicable plants.

    •Review and validate reported Plant Productivity and Inflation to ensure accuracy and connectivity with financial results

    •Ensure an ongoing culture of compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

    •Partner with the local teams to provide financial leadership and guidance.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance (MBA - preferred)
    • Certifications - CPA &/or CMA (preferred)
    • 15+ Years Progressive Accounting & Finance experience with 10+ years leadership experience and 5+ years in cost accounting
    • Ability to travel 25-35% required
    Key Competencies:

    •Firm foundation in cost accounting principles and practices.

    •Solid understanding of US GAAP

    •Experience managing internal controls and interfacing with auditors

    •Excellent systems capabilities (ERP systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    •Good communication skills with ability to build strong relationships

    •Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and work successfully in a fast-paced environment

    •Must be able to adapt to and drive change effectively
