- Practice of 2 physicians and 2 PAs
- Mixed Staff of 3 CSC and 3MA's
- Open MRI and x-ray on site
- Clinic up to 3 days/week, surgery 1-2 days/week
- Weekend Call requirements: Rotating between 2 or 3 physicians. Must be able to take general orthopedic calls
- Epic EMR
- Must have completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship and currently be American Board Eligible or Certified
- Base salary + wRVU production incentive
