• This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for certain personnel of the DoD workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

• Negotiate with property owners or their legal representatives for the acquisition, management of disposal of real property interests.
• Provide independent technical review for real estate documents prepared by team and provides oversight and direction in the preparation of those documents.
• Ensure that all internal and external real estate information system requirements are completed in a timely manner, including Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS), Recruiting Facilities Management Information System (RFMIS).
• Coordinate the team's efforts with other teams within the district.
