    Job Description

    willThe Product Analyst plays a key role in enabling technology in the product lifecycle management process. The position partners closely with product innovation, product engineering, and other stakeholders to understand current processes, collaborate on improvement opportunities, document new requirements, and support change management. This is a non-supervisory role. This is a remote-based position with preferred locations near Jasper IN, Cleveland OH, or Chicago, IL.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to identify product launch process improvement opportunities.
  • Align with stakeholders on priority of enhancements and communicate estimated delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on test scenario creation, testing, and change management.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture team to recommend the right software solution for each process.
  • Document data flows and provide requirements to analytics team for reports and dashboards.
  • Provide support to customers as issues arise. Conduct root cause analysis, track resolution, and communicate the solution.
  • Meet with other project/business functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
  • Document existing and new processes.
  • Effectively manage prioritizing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensures technology design aligns with Cyber Security requirements.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require. Estimated travel for this position will be up to 25%.
  • Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience with product and engineering technologies
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.) i
  • Solid problem-solving skills; evidence based analysis and conclusions; process oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong change management skills and the desire to make a difference
  • High sense of accountability and ownership of transformation initiatives
  • Ability to communicate to multiple audiences from customers to software developers
  • Preferred

  • Experience with highly configurable, made-to-order product
  • AutoDesk suite (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.) experience
  • Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM, PDH) experience
  • ERP experience is preferred
  • SQL experience is preferred
