Network and Infrastructure Systems Analyst

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Network and Infrastructure Systems Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area.

This successful resource will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions while managing system configurations and ensuring seamless integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into reliable IT infrastructure solutions
Provide expert level support for technical issues
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Provide ad-hoc end user training for application systems
Provide exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5+ years of experience managing and supporting IT infrastructure
Experience providing support for enterprise application systems
Experience with coding as well as understanding of best practices in task automation
Experience in analyzing system/business processes to identify inefficiencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS/

CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor's degree
Ubuntu or Oracle Linux exposure
Network hardware including Ruckus and Cisco Meraki wireless exposure
Experience managing switches, routers, firewalls, IPS, Prime, wireless, and ISE
Troubleshooting experience on a variety of devices

TERMS:
This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $85K based on experience. They offer benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
