Job description
Vaco is partnering with a Phoenix-based healthcare organization to hire a Senior Analyst focused on labor analytics and ERP position control. This role ensures staffing aligns with operational demand and budgeted FTEs while providing actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and workforce planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze workforce productivity and labor data across departments to identify trends, explain variances, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and deliver monthly productivity reports and dashboards for operational and finance leaders.
- Maintain and audit position control data in the ERP system to ensure staffing aligns with budgeted FTEs.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to support staffing plans, workforce modeling, and cost management decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, workforce productivity analysis, or financial planning & analysis.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing position control systems within a major ERP platform (Workday, Oracle, Lawson, SAP).
- Experience supporting integrated health systems or large hospital networks.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modeling capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- This role requires to be onsite one day a week.
- Salary $98k-$125k DOE
