- Order Fulfillment using pick tickets Order Fulfillment VMI, boxed, cart, fixtures and supplies
- Follow standard work for all processes to ensure accurate counts and products for all deliveries
- Truck inspection
- Fleet Fueling
- Loading and unloading carts from our fleet
- Load trucks with pallets and carts filled with product
- Light maintenance of vehicles
- Operate forklift
- Consolidate carts
- Perform metro deliveries in non-CDL truck.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and ability to work in hot and cold environments. Work will be performed between Greenhouses (85 degrees) and our warehouses (40–50-degree room).
- Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do: Support our team of greenhouse technicians and growers to bring our amazing grown product to customers throughout the 5 state area. This means you will move our products from our greenhouses to our shipping department using our trucks, help pull orders, and pack and load trucks to ship our high-quality plants and flowers. You'll also help with light maintenance of our fleet. This is a full-time position.
*When you'll work:* Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm
Starting Pay: $19/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
