    We are looking for a senior Epic Hospital Billing Analyst with strong Prelude experience. Epic Hospital Billing certification is required.

    The ideal candidate has at least 3 plus years of recent hands on Epic HB experience, has supported multiple projects and upgrades, and is comfortable balancing project work with day to day ticket support in ServiceNow.

    This role is mostly remote but we strongly prefer candidates located in Oklahoma City or Tulsa so they can attend occasional onsite meetings.

    Candidates should be up to date on recent Epic versions and able to operate at an Analyst III level including complex build validation cross team coordination and mentoring.


    Required Qualifications

    • Epic Hospital Billing certification required
    • Prelude experience required
    • Minimum of 3 years hands on Epic application experience
    • Experience supporting multiple projects and upgrades
    • Must be current on Epic versions and recent project work
    • Strong experience working in a ticket based support environment
    Preferred Qualifications

    • Secondary experience in HB Claims or additional Epic applications
    • Experience working with HIM teams on integration and testing
    • Experience with ServiceNow
    • Comfort working in a hybrid or mostly remote team environment

    Role Summary

    A senior Epic specialist responsible for high complexity build, cross team coordination, and strategic leadership across Epic implementations, optimizations, and long term application planning.

    This role provides technical direction, oversees quality of build, and drives system and workflow improvements in partnership with operational and IT leadership.


    Core Responsibilities
    Technical Leadership & Complex Build
    Lead high complexity Epic build, configuration, and optimization efforts across modules and integrated workflows.
    Architect and design cross functional workflows, system integrations, and long term application strategies.
    Maintain deep understanding of current and upcoming Epic development, features, and roadmap.
    Approve and validate build completed by Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
    Review and approve KPSW and knowledge base articles.
    Project & Team Leadership
    Serve as project lead or application coordinator for Epic implementations, upgrades, and multi phase initiatives.
    Create and manage project plans, task lists, and assignments in ServiceNow.
    Collaborate with leadership on timelines, resource planning, and expectations.
    Provide weekly reporting on team workload, ticket metrics, project progress, and optimization efforts.
    Participate in weekly cross team meetings with other Technical Leads, Instructional Designers, and Informatics partners.
    Operational Support & Oversight
    Run daily ticket huddles to prioritize work, identify blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
    Oversee daily ticket assignment (directly or through delegation).
    Drive system and workflow improvements based on data, user feedback, and organizational goals.
    Act as primary liaison between IT, clinical/business leadership, and Epic.
    Mentorship & Team Development
    Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on build standards, troubleshooting, and project execution.
