    The purpose of the Branch IS Support Specialist is to support all of the information technology systems within branch locations to ensure efficient technical and operational guidelines are met and maintained.
    • Provide phone and on-site technical support to BEK personnel to maintain efficiency in technical operations.
    • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking equipment, telephony, and audio/visual).
    • Perform laptop setup and imaging for DSRs and other laptop users.
    • Provide 24X7 technical support for all branch personnel, including remote sales offices, sales representatives, and customers.
    • Perform classroom training and support for users of all software applications.
    • Train BEK personnel on relevant internal systems and common office applications to ensure the proper use of technology.
    • Train and provide expert assistance in the use of common office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Office.
    • Learn and assist users with BEK internal specialized software applications.
    • Perform management and maintenance of systems and provide backup support as required by the Branch IS Manager.
    • Maintain servers with Server 2003 and perform basic network administration tasks in an Active Directory environment.
    • Help maintain accurate equipment and software inventory records.
    • Serve as backup to the Branch I.S. Manager and assist Branch I.S. Sales Support Specialist as required.
    • Provide support to the sales team to ensure internal applications are adequately maintained for use.
    • Conduct remote and on-site technical support and training for all direct order entry sales applications.
    • Perform set up internet and intranet applications, including Keith Business Intelligence (KBIT), KeithNet, Keith Power Sell (KPS), and E-Advantage.
    • Assist DSRs in marketing Ben E. Keith technology services to customers by performing presentations and demos as required.

    Job Qualifications:


    • Excellent PC skills
    • Associate/Technical Degree or recent equivalent work experience required
    • At least 5 years of experience required
    • Travel is required to remote sites throughout assigned territory
    • Proficient in use of technology, including Microsoft Office
    • Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications, such as , KPS, KBIT, KeithNET, and E-Advantage
    • Valid Driver License
    • Associate/Technical Degree or recent work experience required
