    HO/TL Warehouse Management TN-23-Mateur South-MAT0000IK

    Your tasks:

    Responsible for Warehouse Management and Material Flow Planninginside the Production facility

    Deploys the LEONI Warehouse and Material Flow Planning strategy in the Production facility

    Regularly reviews Warehouse and Material Flow Planning issues within Production facility

    Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections at facility level

    Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc.

    Supports the definition of standards for Warehouse and Material Flow Planning, based on the Benchmarks, making sure that the best provided service is considered with the lowest cost level (logistic, inventory, physical flow)

    Ensures accurate and efficient Material Flow process within the RM, FG & Semi FG whs. (including unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading)

    Supports the management of customer relationship (RFQ, understanding demand, red alerts, SC disruptions)

    Supports the supplier integration in the facility (localization, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.)

    Supports the service provider management in the facility (inbound and outbound)

    Supports the new projects implementation in the facility

    Contributes(where is the case) the inventory rolling forecast for WIP on a monthly base

    Ensures that Stock-take and cycle counting processes for RM, FG and Semi-FG in the warehouses are planned and executed according to defined requirements

    Validates the layout definition and the space requirements for the RM wh. & FG wh. & Pagoda

    Ensures that safety rules are implemented and respected

    Your skills:

  • Education Level : Engineer (or equivalent with justified experienc)
  • Field of Study : Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience : 3 To 5 years in Warehousing and flow in the automotive wiring sector
  • Softskills : Communication, Social & intercultural sensitivity, Change management, Target & result orientation,Motivation & resilience, Self-organization, Conflict management,Teamwork
