Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivilent
- Valid Michigan Drivers License
- At least one year experience Facilities Maintenance
- At least one year experience with health and safety inspections
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes Preventative Maintenance checks and reports on a regular basis for assigned EM sites and equipment.
- Complete regular internal Health and Safety Inspections as related to specific sites.
- Coordinate and complete various Work Order maintenance requests that are submitted for completion.
- Perform routine maintenance repairs such as electrical, plumbing, door and lock set replacement and modular furniture modifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for public and staff.
- Other duties as assigned
